Roles and responsibilities:

Overview

  • Illustrate Spring House Coworking’s core values and strive to achieve our mission
  • Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members
  • Ensure that your center is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
  • Drive growth and promotion of SHC service offerings

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Greetings & Point of Contact
  • Be the first and last point of contact for your center
  • Cover the front desk during business hours
  • Greet and check-in member guests
  • Greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails
  • Manage SHC Member check-ins and check-outs
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials to guests/potential members
  • Answer “walk-up” member and guest questions
  1. Membership Management
  • Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, event support, email and print communications
  • Be active and aware of the happenings at SHC and around
  • Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community
  • Events and Community Management
  • Assist in making creatives for events
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of events, including food and beverages and any additional requirements of the members
  • Prepare newsletter on a monthly basis
  1. Center Operations and Management
  • Assist with move-ins and move-outs for members
  • Assist with center operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of member experience
  • Manage biometric activations/de-activations where applicable
  • Ensuring the center is clean and well kept
  • Identify issues for escalation to backend team and document accordingly
  1. Sales
  • Take responsibility for sales and community dynamics.
  • Maintain strong sales hygiene and salesforce management
  • Conduct tours to work towards and maintain 100% center occupancy.
  • Assist in member success in helping members grow within the community
  • Engage in the larger community of the market by attending events and networking with local start-ups and organizations. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and landlords.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BA / BS or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or other related degrees
  • 2 years of experience in hospitality, marketing, retail, startups, consulting or related experience with strong operational focus a plus
  • People management experience is a must; experience managing teams of 5+ people preferred
  • Customer service and 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Project management and business operations experience required
  • Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities and understanding for Spring House’s mission and values
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication, organization and project management skills
  • Being an inspirational leader – strong drive to develop those around you
